FOR PRE-SCHOOL and SPECIAL EDUCATION CLASSES

· Photocopy of Birth Certificate

· 4 pcs. 1 x 1 colored picture

· 1 long brown envelope

· Report card/ Certificate of attendance (photocopy) for transferees

For transferees / new student:

An average of 85% and above need not to take entrance test
