CRITERIA TO QUALIFY FOR ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

1. FULL ACADEMIC SCHOLAR – (100% discount on basic tuition fee only)
   1. He/She must have a General Average of 91% and/or above as shown in his/her latest Form 138 (progress report card)
   2. He/She must have a grade not lower than 85% in any of the subjects from the First Grading to the Fourth Grading Period as show in his/her Form 138.
   3. He/She must pass the Written and Oral Qualifying Examinations to be conducted by the School Principal and/or Guidance Counselor.
   4. He/She must have a Certificate of Good Moral Character with Evidence of Academic and Extra-Curricular Leadership.
   5. He/She must have the Final Approval for the Academic Scholarship Program from the Board of Trustees of La Verdad Colegio Internacional, Inc.

1. PARTIAL ACADEMIC SCHOLAR (50% discount on basic tuition fee only)
   1. He/She must have a General Average of 88% to 90% as shown in his/her latest Form 138 (Progress Report Card)
   2. He/She must have a grade not lower than 85% in any of the subjects from the First Grading to the Fourth Grading Period as show in his/her Form 138.
   3. He/She must pass the Written and Oral Qualifying Examinations to be conducted by the School Principal and/or Guidance Counselor.
   4. He/She must have a Certificate of Good Moral Character with Evidence of Academic and Extra-Curricular Leadership.
   5. He/She must have the Final Approval for the Academic Scholarship Program from the Board of Trustees of La Verdad Colegio Internacional, Inc.

NOTE: ALL APPROVED Academic Scholars for the School Year must maintain the above criteria. In case of failure to comply with these criteria, he/she will immediately be deprived of his/her Academic Scholarship privileges within the said School Year.
